PAYMENT

All partners are paid weekly. Payments are transferred via direct deposit and partners receive a statement showing their earnings on each trip that week. CitiDrive is however, entitled to 20% of the amount passengers pay for trips. Drivers are not permitted to ask customers for cash payments. Payments can only be made in cash on customer’s request.

VEHICLES

There is not a specific list of vehicles we accept on CitiDrive. Rather, there is a list of criteria that every vehicle must meet. Here is that list:
• Vehicle must be 2012 or newer with 4 doors (For Executive Sedans). “Regular" colors only to be determined by us.
• Vehicle types include Sedans, SUVs, Minivans, Buses, Moving Vans.
• No salvage vehicles. Must have a clean title.
• To qualify, vehicle must have seat belts for all passengers including the driver.
• Only one driver per account, meaning the person driving the car is the one named on the account.
• All drivers must go through a full background check and must undergo trainings with CitiDrive.
• Driver must have a driver's license and your State Driver's Institute Card.
CitiDrive reserves the right to refuse a vehicle that meets the above criteria, or accept a vehicle that does not meet the above criteria, as well as modify these criteria without notice.
